What does the Shade+Condition Guarantee cover?
If the book you receive falls outside the shade tolerance shown on its listing or the condition grade is worse than documented, we will offer a replacement from available inventory or a full refund. The guarantee costs $6 per order or is included in Plus and above.
How does palette-match sourcing work?
Submit a brief with your target shade (hex code or shade family), budget, height range, and quantity. Our sourcing team finds books that match within the posted tolerance and presents options for your approval before purchase.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan at any time?
Yes. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Unused guarantee or brief credits do not roll over.
